Esparq is an international real estate company concerned with world-class project competitions. Golf's Tower 2008 Apartments Building Competition is based on the need to create a new image for apartöent buildings towers in one of Lima's residential areas: San Isidro. The aim is provide a building that will add a significant new element to the local architecture, thereby creating a new generation of buildings that will become recognizable benchmarks of the quality available in the contemporary real estate market. 

Eligibility
Architects from anywhere in the world can participate as long as they have completed their studies in architecture and are certified as such (any office or team of professionals which includes at least one qualified architect may also participate).

Entrance Fees
Early Registration: Until 31 July 2008, 200 Dollars
Late Registration: Since 01 August until 31 August 2008, 300 Dollars

The registration deadline has been extended until 15 September 2008.

The registration is possible both online and offline.

First Prize: 100.000 Dollars

First Finalist: 1.500 Dollars
Second Finalist: 1.500 Dollars
