18th ULI Europe Annual Conference

Real Estate Finance and Development Conference

ULI’s Annual Conference in Paris continues to be viewed by many industry leaders as the must-attend real estate gathering in Europe. Now in its 18^th year, the event attracts over 500 industry leaders from 25 countries whose decisions affect over €600 billion worth of real estate.

The conference programme includes presentations from experts in the fields of economy, urbanism and sustainability as well as discussions on key issues led by prominent real estate leaders. Attendees represent a broad cross-section of disciplines, including real estate developers and owners, fund managers, financiers and senior public officials. Over 80% of the delegates are senior executives.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Rethinking, Reinvention and Recovery” which reflects the improving sentiment towards many of Europe’s real estate markets.  As a result, the programme will have a particular focus on the new ideas and innovations being employed during the market recovery.
