Seminer, İstanbul’un 1950 – 1980 yılları arasındaki mimari dönüşümüne dair değişen bakış açılarını, mimarlığın kamusal alanla ilişkisini kuran değerleri çoğunlukla ihmal eden geç modern kentsel dönüşümler bağlamında ele alıyor.
