We envision a summit, a meeting of minds, with mentors and participants coming together to learn from each other about urban issues. Participants will choose mentors whose work they are interested in. The 10-12 mentors will be discussion leaders in small group discussions of 6-8 participants, Throughout the discussion sessions, participants will move through small discussions and learn about different urban problems. After a break, participants will learn basic design thinking skills from design thinking mentors and work in groups on creating a pitch for a project that solves an urban problem discussed in the summit. The top ideas will be pitched in front of the whole summit, and a small panel of judges will choose the best urban impact idea. They will be awareded support for their project.

Participants, guests and mentors will arrive.
10:30-11:00
Opening speech by the co-directors.
11:00-12:30
The first session of the summit will start. Each sessions will host 5-6 mentors. The participants will have discussions with mentors (they wil choose 3) and move through every 25 minutes.

The second discussion session of the summit will proceed.

3:10-5:30
Design thinking workshop will be given to the participants for about an hour. Participants will work in groups to produce projects that solve urban issues.
5:30-6:00
Selected groups will present solutions to panel of judges.
