REF 001 : ARCHITECT/ INTERIOR ARCHITECT
- 5+ years’ related interior design experience with a strong background in corporate interiors
- Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials
- Collaborate on design projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development
- Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
- Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
- Knowledge of AutoCad, Revit, Microsoft Office is required
- Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development
- A degree in architecture, interior design is required. Knowledge of the architectural project design & design development is preferable
- Strong visual, research, written, listening, and communication skills (both in Turkish and English) are required
- English fluency is required
